In addition to our normal daily menu, we offer catering options for outings and special events. Delicious meal offerings are prepared fresh in house for your event. Entrée options include, but are not limited to: Prime Rib, Ribeyes, NY Strips, Fillet of Beef, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs, Pork Loin, Salmon or Steelhead Trout w/ Mango Salsa. All sides are homemade. Hatch New Mexico Green Chile Potato Casserole, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, fruit and vegetable platters.
